Majan Views Tourism Contract
The validity of a contract between the company and the client depends on the satisfaction of certain terms and conditions. Therefore, we request you to read and follow the below Terms and Conditions so that any chance misunderstandings can be avoided and thus a hassle-free and enjoyable tour can be ensured.
To Secure Payments made :
In order to secure your payment you must inform Majan Views Tourism of your Service request. On receipt of the request, our company representative will contact you to discuss and finalize the schedules and programs. We will send you an itinerary, considering the arrangements required by you for final confirmation. The program details must be confirmed payment should be made as per the rate card. Any additional requirements other than in the Schedule and program must be separately discussed and agreed and payment done towards that.
In case of online transactions, due care must be taken to read and understand the program, itinerary, location and rate concerned. All payments are to be made in advance, either by wire transfer or by net transfer through PayPal or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard are accepted).
Amendments by the Client :
Amendments shall be considered at least one week prior to the commencement of the confirmed tour package. Any changes made to the original booking are strictly subject to availability. In case the revised request is not considered due to non-availability, the original booking will be considered.
For any acceptable changes in the original booking, the new rates and any administrative charges thereon will be made applicable. If an itinerary is confirmed and the full payment has been received and/or a voucher has been issued, no refund will be awarded.
Online reservation and payment facility is available. Reservations are done as on “first come first serve” basis. However, reservation should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday package in the desired schedules as listed by us in our official website and portals.
For any advance booking to be done for a tour package, 50% of the total payment to be made while booking and the balance 50% to be paid 1 week prior to the commencement of the tour program.
All payments including the advance to be made by bank /wire transfer or PayPal can be sent via Western Union or shall be paid using credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). For all bookings, the payment should be received within 4 days of the confirmation.
Requirements for Payment by Credit Card:
All bookings are confirmed against advance payment made to hold the booking. Any balance in payments is to be cleared prior to the commencement of the tour program. The following documents are required to enable us process your travel services.
- A copy of your passport.
- A signed confirmation letter with the Terms of Travel of Majan Views Tours and Travels, Oman, allowing us to conduct the agreed tour packages for you.
According to our bank regulations, in the case of spot payment by credit card, the following documents are required to so as to charge your credit card for the agreed amount. These documents should be handed over by you personally or faxed or emailed by your agents to Majan Views Tours and Travels or given to our representative, in a way convenient, upon the arrival at the airport. We will not be able to proceed with the completion of your request otherwise.
- A copy of both sides of your credit card with self-attestation bearing your signature.
- A signed authorization letter to Majan Views Tours and Travels, Oman, allowing the withdrawal of the required amount from your credit card.
The signature will be cross checked for any mismatch.

Cancellation of requests should be sent via fax or shall be emailed to the Company along with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled.
The following scale of charges will be applied for cancelling any confirmed trip:
More than 40 days before your arrival: 15% of the deposit paid will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival: 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival: 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival: 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 7 and 1 day before your arrival: 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Further, if you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees as applicable by the airline’s cancellation policy.
A refund will normally be made to the same account, using the same method used for the original payment. No refunds are allowable in the event of a “No Show” for an existing confirmed reservation.
Unless otherwise stated, double room prices are based on two persons sharing a room (twin sharing). Rooms for single occupants are available with an additional supplementary rate as Single.
Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality and rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar quality. Published prices are inclusive of tariffs and other costs at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
The programs specified in the package quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or changes to previously booked reservations may result in changes to the total price of the package.
Majan Views Tours and Travel can be of assistance to you regarding international flights if needed. In such a case you are required to pay in advance for the additional services and flights to be booked.
Majan Views Tours and Travels undertake the whole responsibility for booking and reservation of the Hotels and Travel Services. However, the Company acts only as an agent for the clients in regard to travel, whether by rail, road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labour disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays of services from the provider, cancellations or changes made by any service provider or carrier or restaurant. No responsibility shall be accepted for any additional expenses incurred.
If the Client has any special requests, the same may be informed to the company at the time of booking. We along with our suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but, as these do not form part of the contract, the company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed onto the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, the same will be provided at the best of our ability but not as a guarantee to fulfill that.
The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
Under 2 years old: free of charge
Under 5 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an individual
Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an individual
All children above 12 or older are considered as adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement as per the airline policy may be applicable for children.
Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by the staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as in accordance to your willingness. This will be greatly appreciated by the staff, but you are not obligated to do so in anyway.
If you have any complaints during the tour, please notify the company (Majan Views Tour and Travel, Oman) immediately as most problems can be solved effortlessly. If you feel that your problem persists, you may contact the respective higher authorities of our company while you are still on your tour.

Acceptance of the agreement:<
The contract constituted by the company’s acceptance of the client’s booking, subject to the said booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. At the event of payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card, it shall be presumed that the tour participants have read and accepted all the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
