First day

Start Gathering and prepare to go to a farm for camping and practice some ice-breaking team building programs to prepare the team for the exciting journey.

Second day

After breakfast departure to the ( JabelAkhder ) Green Mountain.Arrival time around  11:00 Am we will have lunch and split the team into two groups. After lunch will start the activities:

Group 1: will start trekking and walking for around four hours including exploring and visiting Al Ma’awl Cave.

Group 2: will start mountain climbing or riding bicycles and then learn some safety methods.

After that we will back to the camp and eat dinner.

Third day

After breakfast we will exchange the groups and reverse the activities until lunch time.After lunch start a team walk and have trip around Jebel Akhdar Mountain and WadiBani Habib agricultural terraces back to the camp 5:30 pm.Around 6:30pm will have dinner and rest.

Fourth day

After breakfast start some activates including Treasure Hunt, Compass Competition and First Aid Course ( Group 1 and 2 ). After lunch will take some rest and then exchange the groups and continue the activities until dinner time.

Fifth Day

After breakfast heading to Nizwa and on arrival we will visit Nizwa Castle and the traditional Nizwa old souq.After that we will have lunch in Falaj Dares Park and prepare to go to back to Muscat.
